In January, our microwave quit working just after our one year home owner's warranty was up. We had no information on any extended warranty that may have been put in place. I contacted Sunrise Homes to discuss the problem, not knowing what they would say or even if they would help. Josh and I couldn't be more pleased with how they handled the situation. Not only did they agree to reimburse us for the diagnostic fee to see what went wrong with the microwave, after seeing the cost to repair it, they purchased a new microwave for us! Pat delivered it on Monday and installed it for us. They could easily have written it off and said our warranty was up. Instead, they provided wonderful customer service. Like I said, we couldn't be happier with how they handled everything and Pat was great to work with.
