Leading up to the close, we walk you through the home and provide a Home Buyer Orientation where we go room by room through a 30+ point review. We want you to be completely comfortable with all your home's features and systems. We also stand behind out product with a home warranty to give you that peace of mind knowing you are in good hands.
Prior to closing, our team will walk you through the home and conduct a homebuyer orientation. We want to make sure your home meets your level of expectation and that you know how all of the systems work within your new home. We have checklist of over 30 items that we will cover during this orientation. Our past buyers find this meeting very helpful and a great conclusion to the entire building process.
