Story Creek is located in Belgrade, Montana. The easiest way to access this subdivision is to drive North on Jackrabbit Lane, past Main Street, until you reach Cheery Drive (just past the schools). Take a left till you hit Butler Creek and you have entered the subdivision. Drive on to 13th Street and you will find the newest lots Sunrise Homes has acquired.
Lot sizes in Story Creek Range from 6,000 - 10,000+ sq. ft. Sunrise Homes is currently building specs on 6,000 and 7,000 sq. ft. lots and we are pre-selling (meaning you get to pick the floor plan, upgrades & all colors & materials) on 9,000+ sq. ft. lots.
Pre-sale pricing for the 10,000+ sq. ft. lots starts at $360,900 for our 1727 sq. ft. home and goes up to $411,900 for our 2919 sq. ft. home. The base price includes a fully finished, all above grade home with basic finishes. Sunrise Homes has a menu style price list for each floor plan that allows you to upgrade the home with hundreds of options as well.

The Story Creek subdivision has several smaller pocket parks and open space corridors that are available for all of the residents to enjoy. The subdivision is located near the heart of downtown Belgrade within minutes of many banks, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations & other thriving businesses. The newest elementary school is scheduled to be completed in 2021 just north of Story Creek off of Bolinger Rd.
Because of the smaller lot sizes in Story Creek Sunrise Homes offers a different set of floor plans. In Story Creek we are able to build our 1727 floor plan which is a single level 3 bedroom 2 bath house that is not available in Gallatin Heights. Also, because of the smaller lot we are unable to build three of our other floor plans, the 2345, 2570 and the 3181 because of their width on the lots. In addition, the base spec of the homes in Story Creek is slightly different than in Gallatin Heights. Below is a button that will lead you to our floor plans. Story Creek is the southern most subdivision built on a 40 acre parcel. The 80 acre Bridger Heights subdivision is just North of Story Creek and the 153 acre Prescott Ranch is just north of that. When the area is fully built out and developed there will be 1200+ new residences in the form of single family, townhomes & condo/apartment style housing. The city of Belgrade also plans to build their newest elementary school off of Bolinger Rd scheduled to open in 2021.
