As you know from our previous blogs, Story Creek subdivision is an up and coming subdivision in Belgrade, Montana. In Story Creek Sunrise Homes is one of the many builders that have purchased lots from the developer. But why pick one of our homes? Well put simply we offer options that the other builders do not. These options range from the variety and size of floor plans we offer, to the level of finishes that come standard with the homes, to the flexibility and options that we offer for pre-sold and spec homes. Lets start first with the floor plans.

In Story Creek, Sunrise Homes has new pre-sold homes starting at $369,900 for a 1727 floor plan and we go up to a 2919 floor plan starting at $420,900 including a standard 9000 sq. ft lot. This means that we have a range of floor plans to choose from and offer larger floor plans that our competitors. Here is the break down by floor plan for each at a starting price.

  • 1912 - 3 Bed, 2 Bath - $377,900
  • 2157 - 3-4 Bed, 2.5 Bath - $393,900

As always Sunrise is all about the options for our buyers. We offer mid-grade standard upgrade packages to all our Story Creek homes, including quartz countertops, wood laminate and LVP flooring, and insulated and sheet-rocked garages. We are also one of the only builders in the Story Creek to offer an extensive design center with our construction process. When buying a new home from us you have the option to select from all the available lots that we offer and choose your optional upgrades that go above and beyond our standard offerings. These options range from adding a 3rd car garage (if the lot allows) to changing your flooring materials, to picking out your door styles and many many more. These homes have all their finishes already selected so that you don't have to stress. Currently we have 2 floor plans that we are building as specs (=2157 and 2575 plans).
