Sunrise is glad to have found some amazing and more affordable lots in Livingston Montana. We have purchased 14 lots between two different subdivisions in this amazing town. If you haven't been to Livingston Montana then you are missing out! This amazing city features small town Montana vibes but is near enough to Bozeman to not feel isolated. Some amazing place to check out when you visit would be the Rib and Chop house for an amazing steak dinner, the Elk River Books bookstore for a little reading and shopping, or head up to Yellowstone National park which is only an hour away to its entrance. NorthTown Subdivision

Want to back to open space on every lot? NorthTown offers that! This subdivision is really amazing. It features tons of open space at a total of 40% of the subdivision. This includes open space for every lot. No need to worry about feeling too cramped here! Add in amazing views all around, and a location that is only 8 blocks away from Downtown Livingston and you have location for your next home. This subdivision will also features our 1727, 1912, 2157 and 2293 floor plans but has a little more flexibility in it's planning. Here you can pick your lot and floor plan that you would like on that lot (as long as it doesn't match the house next door).
