Option 1 - Euro Glass Sliding

Door With the popularity of our euro door option for our tile showers we wanted to add an additional option for people to to select from. The euro glass sliding door is upgraded from our standard option and would include the thicker glass, and heavy duty sliding hardware.

Option 2 - Dining Cabinet

A popular request last year in our most popular plan the 2345 was our dining room cabinets option. Well you asked and we listened. For 2020 we are adding this option in all four levels to our 2345 floor plan, including all our counter-top options and cabinet hardware options.

Option 3 - Black Matte Black Hardware and Fixtures

Black fixtures are making huge waves this year. We have added to our very popular Moen Gibson faucet option the matte black finish. This pairs with the Moen Align hardware in Matte Black for your bathrooms and allows you to get that modern finish with high quality construction. We have also added the Moen Sleek kitchen faucet in Matte Black. This faucet pairs well with black stainless steel appliances!

Option 4 - Humidifier for HVAC

Montana winters bring extremely dry air. Preserve your skin and your wood floors with a steam humidifier for your HVAC system. This humidifier is installed with your furnace. This is a must have for those doing hardwood floors and a great help for any of those with allergies.

Option 5 - RV Sewage Dump for Gallatin Heights Homes

Don't want to wait in line at the RV dump? No problem! In Gallatin Heights all our homes for phase 5 can come with an RV dump. This allows you to just head home after a long vacation and take care of all the clean up within your own property.

Highly requested! This garage door style ads tons of natural light and a modern look to any home. Worried about people looking in? Don't worry we offer privacy glass options for these doors to ensure that the light comes in but prying eyes do not!

Home security is important. Sunrise Homes is now offering the Ring Door Bell as one of our options. Check on packages, get alerts for motion at your front door, or simply check to see who is visiting. The Ring Door Bell offers you peach of mind well for your home.
